What does buying from FAAC's authorized distributor mean for you?

It means supplier warranty. Every FAAC unit supplied through FE Automation carries a serial-number sticker on the motor and on the box. Units without that sticker are parallel imports and are not covered by supplier warranty.

Check for the serial-number sticker

Look for it in two places before the unit is installed: on the motor, and on the box it came in.

Can I get a recommendation without knowing the FAAC model code?

Yes. Tell our team whether your gate swings or slides, and roughly how wide and heavy it is. We'll point you to the FAAC operator that fits, and the datasheet your installer will need.
